The Proper Closet specializes in designing and installing custom organizational systems that elevate the way your home functions. While every project begins with the closet, our work extends throughout the entire home — from luxurious walk-in closets and thoughtfully designed pantries to functional mudrooms, garages, and custom built-ins that seamlessly integrate into your living spaces.
Our approach blends elevated design with purposeful organization. Every drawer, cabinet, and shelving system is thoughtfully configured to bring both beauty and efficiency to your daily life. The result is a home that feels intentional, refined, and effortlessly organized.
At The Proper Closet, we believe organization is truly All things new. When your home is designed to function beautifully, everyday routines become simpler, calmer, and more enjoyable. Our custom systems are designed not only to look exceptional, but to support the way you live.
Led by founder Rhonda Ray, our firm brings years of experience in both design and functionality. Rhonda’s leadership ensures every project is approached with meticulous attention to detail, craftsmanship, and client care. Each space we create is tailored to the homeowner, resulting in storage systems that feel as timeless as they are practical.
At The Proper Closet, we believe the foundation of a well-designed home begins with organization — because your space is truly All things new.
At The Proper Closet, every project begins with a personalized consultation designed to understand how you live and what matters most in your space. From there, our designers create a fully customized plan, complete with detailed 3D renderings that allow you to visualize your future space before installation begins.
